The time off is good.

Cons

Absolutely terrible leadership. The president of the college is running the place into the ground. They are unable to keep any staff and faculty. It is anything goes at this school, and people have to take on tasks outside of their job description. There is no real structure in the school, and everyone seems to be winging it. The students are the ones suffering the most. This school needs shut down immediately.
