Pros
Good pay, great hours, excellent benefits, paid time off, lots of overtime during holiday season, discounts on toys. Its a fun place to work. Gets a little hectic during the holidays but the overtime pay makes it worthwhile. Management schedules "Employee Appreciation Days" where they provide lunch for all staff which is nice since its always some good food. The discounts we receive on toys makes christmas shopping a little less hard on the bank account.
Cons
Nothing really bad about working for Hobbytron. The long hours during the holiday season are tiring but the overtime pay makes it worth it.

I love this company. I have worked here for 4 years. I love everything that they do for me. We are all like family here. Being able to help my customers and make them happy with what they got is what makes my day. Hobbytron makes that possible for me to do so.
Cons
I really dont have anything wrong with this company.
