      Pros

      sourcing on same requirements for same client all 365 days.

      Cons

      Partiality for Tamil and Telugu people. Too much of politics especially the TL Subash. he doesn't even know how to talk or treat employees. Tortures for target. No proper shift timings,NO employee benefits, salary is very less. TL targets people he doesn't like.

      Company is runing just for money,one of the worst CEO I have ever seen..He don't have basic knowledge also how to run the company. 2, If he don't have business he will fire Everyone 3.Learning s good but pay is less.

      As it's a co-working space it will be good to see. Employees of co-working space and manager is very good.

      Cons

      They Make fool or brain wash of employees saying it's your career but it's worst than call center. They don't follow and doesn't the company standards, they don't respect the employee. Too much Partiality for Tamilans and telugu people. Especially the team lead. TL - doesn't even know how to treat an employee and doesn't know how to behave professionally. If you take leave that will be considered as LOP. They'll torture for count.... No work life balance.
