Pros
Hit Rate Solutions has been in business for over 10 years. The employees that make up the Hit Rate team are hard working and have built a community to grow both personally and professionally.
Cons
Hit Rate Solutions has a start-up mentality and works tirelessly to deliver on customer and employee expectations. It is not a billion dollar company and keeps it scrappy mentality which may not be for everyone.

I joined this company after graduating from a training center. They were fair and invested in training to help me in my job. I stayed for about a year before moving to Manila. I enjoyed my time at this company.
Cons
Add a few more perks for employees on site. Other than that everything else was fine.
