Cons
They have a great mission, but they're very disorganized. Also, the pay leaves a lot to be desired. They outsource tasks to outside individuals instead of using the money internally. The hours are sparse which makes it difficult to be motivated to continue to contribute to cause. Money and pay show appreciation and are KEY factors in seeing good outcomes. People have bills to play. Also not providing benefits during this day and age is insane.
