      - Opportunity to be part of a software company that is making an impact in the aviation world. What we do matters. Every employee's work and effort can be seen in the software product that is being used by the pilots flying missions across the world. - Everyone in the company has an opportunity to grow and be part of not just the company's development but their very own. - Easy and fun work environment. - Competitive pay

      I have been working here now for under a year and would recommend working here to anyone who is looking to advance their experience and knowledge in their field. There is an urge for innovation and advancement within the company that always keeps you learning new things and pushing you forward to do better than you did before. Everyone at the company is happy to teach and learn from you. The atmosphere and the people are always great.

      Cons

      The learning curve is a little more than average, but nothing someone who is dedicated couldn't handle.
