Applied online and got a link to do a one-way interview. There was no list of the questions, so I had NO idea what to expect. The questions started off mild, but then all of a sudden switched gears and went into Data Structures and Algorithms. They would give me 30 seconds to think of and answer some very technical questions.
It was a very disjointed and impersonal experience.
