      Friendly colleagues, lots of interaction between departments. Opportunity to cross-train. Good learning and development programmes. Most management are down to earth and recognize hard work.

      Cons

      Low pay, but that goes with hospitality.

      Understaffed but that is due to Queenstown's housing crisis which is far worse than the rest of the country.
