Was not given anything to succeed. No leads, computer, phone, not even a desk that would be acceptable to bring clients to. Was given a desk to set my things at in the very back of the dealership and was told that I needed to sit out in the front of the showroom to get walk-ins. I had to bring my own computer to work on training. Zero support to start off with. They schedule everyone with multiple 12 hour (required) days per week - which is fine other than when you're expected to sit out in the front of the showroom waiting around for customers while all the other salespeople are receiving the internet leads and phone-ups.
