It is so bad, no one is happy, everyone hates each other, and will stab you right in your face, everyone lies blames someone else instead of fixing the problem, they are going backwards, employees are leaving in grooves, hostile environment, bulling, favoritism and what's worse you can't even go to there lousy rotten HR Group the suck, they are not for the employees at all, the are solely for the management, I cannot say enough negative demeaning, disrespectful, disgraceful, unacceptable behavior, by adults, it's an absolute hell hole nightmare, the insensitive management that think thier little bit of power really means something, they are laughed at, the management gets a cruise while the real workers just keep working and get nothing or less, once all the experience leaves they will be so screwed, they will shut down faster then you can say STFU, I can go on + on, but I think you got the point! Happy to be gone......

I would NOT recommend seeking employment with this company. It is the standard "company in transition" situation. However, it is not changing for the better. Moral is horrible, human resources department is useless. Everyone is extremely understaffed to keep up with the "old school" processes and awkward organization. When people leave or are let go, they do not replace them. They pretend to open positions and even sometimes make offers and then withdraw the positions last minute. This has created animosity between the employees and "management". All the nice/helpful people are going to other companies, leaving behind a poisonous culture of poor attitudes and little motivation. In addition, there is NO opportunity for career or personal development. If you can keep your head down, stay out of the drama and don't mind being treated like a machine, then this may be the place for you. If you are looking for an organization that values the employee and looks for ways to improve and grow, then LOOK ELSEWHERE.
