Poor management, constant change in strategy & direction, poor HR function, rife with nepotism, large pay gap between top tier management and everyone else, top heavy organisation, very poor employee benefits & no culture, fear-based employee development if any, most (not all) managers at higher level have no management skills, new CEO started off very inspirational and things started to look up for about 2 weeks, since then he has shown to be out of the same mould as the previous CEO - full of hot air and doesn't care much about the employees, office environment is becoming toxic, very high staff turnover due to the company consistently disapointing new joiners by not living up to expectations.

In my honest opinion, the company is on a significant downhill trajectory. The CEO, the CFO, Head of HR, and Lead Process Engineer have all left in the past 6 months (Dec 2021) They said the future of the company was looking great and that we were all part of building the future of energy etc....then 2 weeks before Christmas, they let around approx. 10 people (out of 50 total) go. Made them redundant. Someone they had hired, didn't even make it through their probation period before being told to leave. If you have any other job offers I'd strongly strongly recommend you favor those. This company looks nice on the surface and the people generally are but the corporate strategy is all over the place and will probably end with you being let go within the year.
