Things need to change.

Pros

Working with people in recovery, seeing people change their lives.

Cons

Job duties and responsibilities are overwhelming. Not enough staff especially at night for the large guest population. Being put in tough situations without proper support, again especially after 5 when all care team members go home. The salary absolutely did not compensate for the responsibilities required.

Pros

The only pro is being able to watch people get somewhat adequate treatment.

Cons

The CEO is one of the most toxic people I've ever met in my life. He threatens treatment partners, old employees and current employees. He hired his wife and then decided to promote her (she has had NO prior working experience) I watched her seriously compromise a client's wellbeing (he almost died). If there is any indicator of a toxic work environment it is when they use the word "family" in a job posting. If you like a cult like environment that provides no growth unless you are family/friends with the CEO I would stay far, far away. I warn every single person looking for jobs to not go here. Also..the benefits are horrendous.

Pros

Decent benefits, bonuses, and PTO

Cons

No raise in 3 years for “entry level” staff, while management lives large. Jobs are filled with friends, not open to current employees. Perks like club memberships, vehicles and housing are given to managements favorites while others need a second job to make ends meet.
