Hybrid schedule and being able to be at the office on your own schedule.
Cons
The company is only focused on selling our brands and name and does not care about its staff or building a strategy to innovate new products. Our "leaders" are an embarrassment and incompetent. From 2021 to today there has been major turnover and management has fired or pushed out multiple women. As a male, I am appalled by how women are treated and talked about at this company. What used to feel like family now feels empty. The office building is falling apart. I wish I could speak up but if you don't have "VP" in your title your opinion does not matter and I fear of getting fired.
