-Most positive reviews are fake. -Salaries offered are inflated , 20 % variable pay is myth , join on fixed CTC hike only , you will end up getting 25-50 % Max of variable pay, You will not be paid 85-90 % of CTC that is offered, Don't fall for Hr's here. -There is no job safety in Hilabs , I have seen Employees of all cadre thrown out in hours as per convenience, you will not be given a chance if they fail to utilise you,forget about you proving yourself as useful. -If you are not good enough to lick boots of correct people , this is not a place for you ! -Hr team is real clown ,wont help you in any of your problems , They will help management to throw you out ASAP. -Managers, Hr are mostly engaged in hiring and firing people, concerns with respect to work like balance ,your career, nepotism are neglected, you need to take care of yourself , college grads joining note that. -Hire replacement and fire current employee cycle is real short for seniors, specially Dev team ! -Opportunity to US from India wont work, its just another gimmick -If you are someone who combines leaves and holidays to make work life balance to travel home, it wont happen here ,Hr themselves send emails on not to apply WFH during festivals, People coming from different states keep it noted. -Don't get lured it as product based company, you might find friends working in Service based orgs more happier. -At weework Banaglore ,You need to pay for parking if come with your own car, Other comapnies in same building are not following same ,Which company in India does that ? Hilabs ! -Company structure/Culture lacks motivation, everyone wants to leave - at least everyone i knew close enough. -Top management is busy with how to grow business and wont care for employees. -This year Hike, Variable pay have been very less for many seniors from different teams who are asking me for job reference now. -Cannot mention all cheap things that happens in Hilabs in few words, best you can do is leave peacefully and do not waste time here !

TOXIC! Manager don't have any power..even if you taken approval from manager also HR's don't approve anything.. Positive & 5*reviews are given by Hr and admin people dont believe them.. No body gives more than 1 star who works here. Thier moto is offering high pay to talented people until the project stablilized..then they will find some cheap resource and fires you.. Every day you will end up discussing badthings of the company about 2-3 hours.. Every Friday Firings happen to save the payment to be given for weekend... All weekends are feelinv bad that one of your friend is fired!! If you don't have any offer also don't join and stay a month at home and go to another company...
