Pros
Day shift. No weekends. Steady work. Minimal OT. Some Co-workers are nice, even if they have lost all motivation, due to lack of appreciation.
Cons
No benefits. Medical is too much, high deductible. Extra cost for dental vision disability. No sick days. Vacation is average. It seem the long term workers get left behind with raises, but expect more work from those. Managers like you if you suck up to them and be their friend. BS ing all day and not working at least 1to 2 hours a day. If not your not the right fit. Even the really good workers. No 401k, pension. Office staff are either talking bad about people behind their backs or laying low to not be a target of bad attitude. Owners seem oblivious or don't care.
