      Good company for the start of carrier.

      Pros

      Friendly colleagues. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Working process was not organized at all. No bug tracking system, version control system, appropriate software testing. As a result you do not understand what issues are already known, what should be fixed, what was done by the other team members. No code review.

      Hi-tech manufacturing. Young working staff and lots of energy. There are potential to grow and expand business. Low key working environment.

      Cons

      Senior Management are narrow minded and territorial. Cannot get to the next corporate level event when they truly want to. Forever would be a "ma and pa" shop.
