      Pros

      Very supportive remote culture, lots of room for growth, a people oriented executive team, Pod Perks (birthday off and unlimited book budgets are two of my favourites) and overall just a great group of people who have each others back

      Cons

      Love the remote work but I always wish it was easier to get the team together more than once a year. Our annual team retreats are always a highlight of the year!

      - Dedicated budget for health and personal development, stock options, and matching RRSP contributions - Semi-annual in-person retreats - Forward-thinking and steadily growing company - Exceptionally positive workplace culture - Fully remote - Transparent management, providing open communication about the company's current status and future plans

      I can't think of any that wouldn't be relevant to any small growing company

      A place to feel professionally fulfilled

      Pros

      An amazing culture, communication is very good and fluid, managers and CEO are very accessible and willing to help, good salary, challenger projects, growth opportunity, healthy environment for discussions and work time is flexible.

      Cons

      So far I have nothing to complain about.
