      There were no pros at this company.

      Cons

      -Long Hours -Low wage -Insensitive comments by staff and management -Refuses to give P45 and final pay, when it is their fault that they have not collected the equipment -Favouritism -Forcing employees to go on a 10 hour working day without signing a new contract & the list goes on.

      Company values are actively part of every day life; Work from home; treated as a person not a number; work life balance is important; staff are totally patient centred; everything I do makes a difference.
