      Pros

      Working here for the past 5 years has given me the opportunity to learn a variety of new technologies. The best thing I can mention is that I have autonomy to decide how to approach my work. The environment is good. There is no politics at all, and management is just a call away for any concerns, issues, or help. Still, choosing WFH demonstrates the company's focus on employee well-being.
