      Pros

      job safety is more, fresher's hub, systems okay, gmp good, In time & Out time, if u work u have a pressure, if ur not done ur work no one cant identify., less responsibility's,

      Cons

      HR, promotions getting very default, culture not good, labor language using higher persons also, cheep politics, less employee benefits, NO over time money, no tiffin's.

      No work, if you know how to manage it's good place for you.

      Cons

      1. Hetero is good pharma industry but it is not using technology. Management in MIS and Data analytics team don't have basic data analytic skills literally manageing higher authorities with just Excel and reports. Where as company like Novartis using DATA SCIENCE a lot. 2. Toxic work environment 3. lot of work restrictions 4. Worst salaries and they don't hire you as hetero employe.
