      Love the people we work with. Love our customers.

      Cons

      Poor communication between departments. Poor ownership of problems. No opportunities for growth. High turnover. They are more concerned with DEI than their high performing individuals.

      Growing company with a vision to help dental practices focus on healthcare by having a good system take care of the operations.

      Cons

      Growing too quickly and not taking the time to properly build the foundations that will allow sustained growth. Talk a good game about work/life balance, but when push comes to shove, people end up having to work nights, weekends, and PTO to bail out problems that could have been prevented.
