Bad work/life balance - Requires you to work a 6 day work week regularly. Refuses to fix issue because it doesn’t affect the people with the power to change it.
The pay is okay (still not a livable wage though), and supervisors tend to be understanding

Poor insurance, work weekends, the higher echelons of the system put on a show for the public that they care about employees, but that’s not the case.
