      A good place to work as long as you can deal with some uninterested general managers

      Pros

      Mostly easy going teammates. Remote working. Direct report was fairly accommodating of schedules and requests for time off.

      Cons

      You’re at the mercy of of the management team at each location on how serious they take you or how much help they want to provide; it varied from extremely helpful to having no interest at the different locations. You were to blame for anyone that could not be made 100% happy even if you weren’t totally empowered to do so.

      Pros

      Location, located in Buckhead Atlanta. Great potential with traffic of customers.

      Cons

      The management team is grossly inefficient. The operation is poorly managed by management staff. Management never takes accountability for the unorganized structure of the store. No appreciation for staff. This is a highline dealer and the staff is served bojangles for Saturday breakfast.
