      - political environment in few teams. - sometimes work and life is unbalanced due to excessive workload. - manager asks to work on Saturday without any pay.

      Not equal understanding of other departments. There could be better alignment between departments, miscommunications happens a lot. Lack of informational systems everything is excel on excel. Benefits are constantly being reduced.
