      Small family led business so learning broad information is good opportunity. Facilities good at new premises. Believes in training their staff both for the business and personal development

      Cons

      Long hours, facilities at Dock Road are very basic/poor Toilets poor Porta cabins cold or too hot Kitchen area poor

      One lunch & two punch’s only

      Cons

      1) Company and management is interested in eating your hard earned money (salary). 2) No motivation, No appreciation even after you climb a mountain for them. 3) primary school treatment and culture - one should not allowed to do / apply any good practice/ thought process. 4) Hr is good for nothing - even you will not get reply on your simple deductions from your salary. 5) Some old guys will eat (penalised) you to save their chairs.
