Great working environment and there is some autonomy with your work. Human Resources and management kept the employees abreast with company happenings.
Cons
The children of the CEO works there and it clearly shows that one or more receives differential treatment over other qualified employees. There is a sense of "if you are not with me, then you are out" mentality and sometimes I worried how long I would be employed there.
Coworkers are very friendly. Company allows you to take off eight hours a month (twice a month) and make up the hours. Working for this company will look good on your resume.
Cons
Pay is low for the company's expectations. Employees are constantly being pushed by management to produce above already high quota without any monetary incentive. Supervisors seem employee friendly at first glance but are not. If you voice any concerns you are looked as causing problems and management backs each other up without listening to employee issues. This is not a company that cares about their workers even though they try to give the perception they do. Bottom line is what HeiTech cares about is retaining their clients thus fattening their pockets.
Great resume boost. Great networking opportunities. Very understanding managers at work locations.
Cons
You will probably be looking for a new job or getting reduced pay every 4 years (contract renegotiating time).
Heitech will not take any personal complaints or concerns seriously unless they come from someone higher up than you. You are better off keeping issues to yourself because some people appeared to be blacklisted after voicing complaints.
If you are attractive and a male you will probably be moving up faster than anyone else. The company seems to have given a lot of power to a few immature females.
Management will tease with promotion opportunities coming up and rewards for going "above and beyond" but will very rarely deliver any more than a $100 bonus per year.
