There's a reason this agency is known as Hearts & Slavery. There is zero respect or regard to employee's time, and individual team management is awful. You are expected to be at your desk at all times, and will work late every night and even on the weekends. Complete lack of communication and a lot of work delegating by the upper hands to those in more junior positions.

This company is a train wreck. No onboarding process, no training for new employees, ridiculous hours expected of junior staff. Upper management doesn’t understand the day-to-day of the accounts and doesn’t manage client expectations. The CEO is beyond obnoxious and constantly talks about how special our culture is while the people actually doing the work are drowning. Low pay for junior employees. Just so many cons.
