Way too many cons to list. It’s a sales job so it’s not for everybody but the amount of bs you will go through doesn’t make it worth $20 an hour base pay. You’re on the phones literally all day with seniors talking about insurance. The stuff they tell you about AEP is all too good to be true. You are encouraged to work overtime and you don’t get your big bonus check until February, when AEP starts in October. Bathroom breaks are timed and you get no flexibility to take breaks if you go over your break time. Management also encourages switching insurance plans when it doesn’t benefit the client. Very shady practice. This is a call center sweatshop with very high turnover.
