Don't Work Here.

Pros

We used to get donuts every friday.

Cons

None. Very little pay for amount of work done. Gave one raise and it was only due to the minimum wage increase. Only important if you're married into the company. Everyone that works is so jaded and rude. Employees are unhappy due to poor working conditions. I got reprimanded for staying 15 minutes on overtime, even though I came in at various times to assist. You have to clock in and out at a corporate office job (nothing wrong with it, just odd). Hard work always given credit to the supervisor. Whenever anything was wrong with work, the supervisor blamed on rest of the staff.

Pros

It’s an ok starter job

Cons

So much wrong with this company. Don’t expect a raise, ever. They’re always on a “freeze” when it comes to raises. The efficient employees get heavy work loads while the lazy staff sits around on their phones. The doctors are so rude!! The lack of patient care baffles me. They don’t train, and have zero resources for training. It’s a nightmare.

All the negative reviews are true.

Pros

There are no pros to this company

Cons

All the negative statements are true. As an example, there used to Starbucks coffee for employees but when minimum wage went up, they switch the coffee to Folgers. That is how well they treat the employees. They need to invest in the employee well being instead of just management. All the good employees leave and they don't care. They only care about the $$ they can save. And to tell you how bad management is there, one time a manager took off his shoes to sneak in the back to see if he could "catch" employees not working. How sad is that. Talk about nothing better to do.
