      Pros

      Some of the people there are nice and actually acknowledge you in the hallways.

      Cons

      Lies, overtime, backstabbing. Incredibly incompetent people in lead roles who will degrade you and when you prove something or fix something they'll take the credit and your name won't even get mentioned unless it's in a negative way. You should listen to the 1 start reviews and not the 5 stars which are done by people I describe above to make this place appear as something it is not.

      Flexible work schedule, good work from home policy, coworkers care about one another, decent pay

      Cons

      Disorganized, no real priorities set, clueless help desk, very high turnover, often called off hours to fix things, not enough money in IT budget

      Pros

      Abundant growth potential in the industry. Opportunities are limited only by management's imagination. Senior Management seems to be anticipating significant growth based upon the number of executives.

      Cons

      Management's imagination is limiting opportunities. Consultants are brought in to tell them what other companies are doing, rather than listening to employees' innovative ideas.
