Awesome people, great environment and they care about me. Their compensation is great with bonuses every six months. Leadership is outstanding and I feel I always know what direction we are heading. They encourage us to increase our knowledge and let us have weekly trainings, lunch provided.
Cons
Busy season can be pretty brutal when I work 60+ hours a week.
