      Terrible clinical experience

      Pros

      You learn a lot, from QA to different systems to flow Cytometry , and Cord blood processing. You can use all these skills to get an awesome job anywhere else

      Cons

      Pay extremely low for the work No transparency, lead to believe the last lab team was the problem when it was really management. Zero professionalism management constantly fighting with CEO and vice Versa . No formal training , training is very misplaced and unorganized. Extremely high turn over due to lack of professionalism with both the CEO and management

      CEO is terrible. The people who do the actual work were all just laid off. Company is going under. Stay far away

      Absolutely no Pros in working in this sham of a company that can go down at any moment.

      Cons

      Management? there is none. They will expect you to know things they don't even know and if something goes bad in an audit, they will use anyone as a scapegoat and let them go so they can place the blame on them. Small company means they will expect you to do everyone's job and hold their hand while you're at it. The CEO is horrible man that only cares for profit and leaves to China months on end even when there are important things pending for him, OH and if he comes back and it's not done then you are to blame. The COO is horrible lady that loves to gossip and pit coworkers against each other. So all in all, if you love unending drama and feeling anxious about whether or not you will have a job the next day then by all means, this is the job for you. They will also NEVER offer to give you a raise, and when they do is when you hand your 2 week notice.
