      Pros -A feel-good culture -Company genuinely cares about its employees and is continually striving to improve -Growth -Bonuses -Open to new ideas -Beautiful office park in Westborough with walking trails -President and CEO is very approachable and warm -Many employees have been there for many years

      Pros

      Great health insurance as long as you don’t use it.

      Cons

      Illegal practices, poor treatment of new employees, HR and senior management is a joke. I have seen lots of bullying which results in the ‘victim’ getting fired.

      Good learning . Not a great pay. Share profit which is great. Paying overtime!

      Cons

      Micromanage and training need improvisation. Seniors are always on your head for unrealistic output.
