CEO, Matt Reichert, is an ideas person which is great. He can see possibilities and has a good team to put together the logistics of carrying out those ideas. However, because he is too often tainted by relationships with certain members of the team, his judgement can become cloudy. Additionally, he has an idea one day and then two days later he has a different idea so there's this constant changing direction that hapens. There have been at least 3 reorganizations since January 2012, the first of which was to address the exponential growth they were experiencing. However, since the first reorganization, the team has become fractured. The sales team is not held accountable for their lack of production OR their extravagant spending. And, the politics below Matt are unbelieveable. They've entered new markets and launch new products without doing the proper research, threw a sales person at it and expected it to be a ridiculous success. It doesn't work that way most of the time. There is a lot of in-fighting between the executive team members and Sales Executives have been given far too much latitude on too many levels. They got rid of a lot of employees in January to pay down their debt. They've got their debt down and now laid off more people. I don't think they are getting the kind of offers they were hoping for in terms of selling the company and are now trying to make up the difference that sales isn't bringing in by whittling down the size of the team.
