      Not what it seems

      Pros

      Company is fairly professional and has an office and is good for people who are willing to do anything

      Cons

      It claims it's a marketing company when they actually just do face to face to selling on the streets. And it's part of a network of other companies who provide the same service where anyone after a year can setup their own off shoot company, so it's a bit pyramidy. Also they don't offer a wage and expect you to live off your commission so no ethics there. There's also a wannabepreneur culture where people are obsessed with thinking they're going to be powerful and wealthy, when in reality it's just a tactic to make everyone who works for them stick with them under false pretences. There's a reason why their website is so generic and hard to work out what service they actually provide. Do yourself a favour you deserve better for yourself!

We take your comments about the nature of our firm very seriously, we in no way operate as a "pyramid scheme" as you suggest. To advertise our job on jobsites we are restricted with the wording we use and, consequently, have to set a salary claiming OTE. We believe that if you are good at selling then our commission based structure works to maximise an individual's profits in our firm. As freelance contractors, we believe our company provides individuals with the opportunity to be trained in sales and entrepreneurial skills while also making money. Our entrepreneurial focus is in no way designed to create false pretences but instead inspire new recruits on the opportunity this job is giving them. We wish you the best moving forward.

      Pros

      It's a very different working environment from what I'm used to. Everyone is positive, motivated & wants to help each other. There's a big emphasis on teams, competition & the people have goals & think big! They have a specific management training program and free coaching & mentoring available to anyone who is willing to learn. I've travelled all around the UK, from Edinburgh to London & even ventured outside Europe too!

      Cons

      It requires an open mind! It's like no other job I've had before so It can take a while to get used to. I had to be willing to work harder than the average individual, if it's a standard 9-5 or your just looking to do the minimum to get by, it's not for you. It's a competitive environment, I like it but some might not.

      Scam and Lies

      None at all, interview process was also very quick.

      Cons

      100 percent Scam. They advertise the job as a graduate one, but in reality you will meet college students who have to force themselves to enjoy their job. No real wage (commission). Please do not waste your time working here, you are a slave to them and they essentially just make money off you.

Our jobs are open to people of all backgrounds and while we target graduates this does not make up the entirety of our applicant stream. We have a commission based structure that works for those fit for the role. Further to this, we in no way look to make money of our contractors, our contractors are paid on a weekly basis based on their commission. If you can sell then you will work well in this environment, and we are sorry to hear that you did not. We wish you all the best moving forward.
