      Independence, trust, loyalty, company culture

      Cons

      Doing managerial work (running shifts on my own, taking charge on banking and stock intakes etc.) but recognition of a store assistant and pay reflecting this also.

      FUN COLOR PRODUCT. CAN WEAR FLIP FLOPS TO WORK

      President of the company has no clue how to run an organization. Most of management team is Brazilian or fresh out of college with zero experience. Brazilian men at the company are condescending and verbally abusive to women. President of the company promotes young girls he has a crush on so back stabbing is constant. Environment is toxic.

      time off, dress code - i was told i have to enter at least 5 words for Pros but sadly there are no pros to working in this office

      Cons

      culture is horrible, same with management, most of the office does what they please and no one communicates. if you do a bad job you get praised, but if you work hard and do your job you get scolded. the entire office hates each other and is generally disrespectful but behind your back - so watch out.
