Ok salary Bonus is not significant You report to your discipline lead who have more than 150 people at charge. It can be complicated and it makes it hard to have a good relationship with them. Only 3 weeks of holidays and maximum is 4.

Hatch's environmental division in eastern Canada is steadily growing. Colleagues come from diverse fields and are often a pleasure to work with. Salary is higher than average for the same position and years of experience. Despite the required 5 days RTO, it is not strictly enforced and they show flexibility if you have a justified reason.
Cons
Corporate culture is a little bit tacky and old school. The feedback or professional development system is still at its early stage, so growing your career lacks transparency.

One of the best places to start your career. Can learn feasible skills as an engineer, with competitive starting pay. Great mentors with great work cultulre. System was well established as well.
Cons
Slow salary growth, and the emphasis on the company value (manifesto) was personally a bit excessive. Sometimes was expected to work overtime without compensation.
