      Stay Away - Hatch Does Not Live by Their Stated Values

      Pros

      Decent pay and the employees on my team were great to work with.

      Cons

      Leadership is a mess. They don't seem to know how to run a company as decisions are made then quickly changed during implementation causing confusion for their customers and angst for their employees. Leadership does not live by their stated values and treat employees like numbers not human beings.

      Hatch has some of the friendliest team members I've ever worked with. People really care about their role,

      Cons

      The leadership team don't want to engage in any problems at a detailed level. They want "quick and easy" solutions to a problem that is complicated and challenging. The founders are panicking and trying to take control of every domain, when they have staff who's job it is to handle that. This leads to lack of direction, constant context switching and stress, and ultimately company morale that's in the dumpster.
