Some Great people to work with Need capacity oportunity to grow if aligned with top management
Cons
Lots of young profesionales doing senior work To many issues that senior and experience staff cant provide guidance leading to quality issues. If not a shareholder compensation is lower than market Carear management discussions don't have actions only once a year talk.

Pros
Depending on office, people are friendly and helpful. The company does get involved in many interesting projects and prides itself on technical excellence.
Cons
Can be very demanding depending on discipline and location. Many people feel compensation is unfair. Is it unfair? It really depends on how well your initial negotiation goes, it seems.
