Pros
Killer clients. Diverse work across brand launches, identity, packaging and advertising. Strategic and thoughtful about the brand and consumer space. Surprising work/life balance.
Cons
What's not to like? Great hood, awesome Barbary Coast building with rooftop, super nice people!

Pros
Good company, talented people , kind leadership. Nicole and Kat are wonderful. They try everything they can to support their employee.
Cons
Owned by cooporate company No bonus , if there is ...not much. People need bonus and raise every year --- at least 2% salary/year raise? Otherwise people will eventually leave. People can be catty . Trust the people who are quiet because they do not want to engage to drama/jealousy. They don't want to show themself for a reason.
