Business outlook
Pros
Opportunity to teach with relatively no previous experience (a bachelor's degree is required). Meet lots off great people. Good small gig if you have the spare time. Kids genuinely get better and better as the weeks go on. Very rewarding to see.
Cons
Pay was not great. Cost of travel not always compensated. In Ottawa, schools could have 2 hours bus commute between them. Scheduling could be a lot of back-and-forth with organizers. Due to the companies infancy, miscommunications between organizers and schools happened often. Schools would be expecting something different than what they were getting, more often than not.
