Global horizons project-wise. Stuck in the basement when it comes to salary and organisation.

Friendly atmosphere. Interesting projects across the globe. Large number of offices facilitates working wherever is most convenient.

Cons

Poor salary. Hard to progress. Sometimes feels directionless. Some poor quality offices but this is currently being rectified.

Excellent soft benefits Opportunities to travel if desired/within role Friendly teams

Cons

Lost its direction and re-structured so much that lots of good people left (by choice in addition to restructure). Unclear vision for the UK business and very Dutch (parent company) led. Some super people now departed for new horizons have shifted the culture from the great company it was. Work load changeable, employees often in between projects. Corporate teams not well valued or embedded.
