Amazing HR Manager. Has programs/classes on-sight to teach skills to better assist you with you job or further your path within the field of aviation. Helps with Tuition for those seeking higher education in the same Field. Fair Pay with 401k match

There is usually an increase in hours and production in the end of month.

-Flexible if you need to leave early/ are late -HR is the absolute BEST
Cons
- You only get positions if you are friends with higher ups, not if you are actually qualified. - They run off good workers by letting the terrible workers do what they want as long as they're friends with higher ups - Poor time management - Higher ups don't listen to workers feedback
