Pros
Management has an open door policy from the Controller to the President and CEO. A company that invests in their employees both on and off the job. Benefits are great, PTO provided is the best around (18 days the first year and 6 weeks after 5 years). When appropriate, flex schedule and telecommuting. A true family feel within this mid-size company. Your growth potential is what your willing to put into it. After almost 10 years I still love going to work.
Cons
Every company has it's flaws and I am sure there may be someone within Hartfiel to have experienced a flaw or two, but for myself, there are no cons to working for this company.
