Pros
Flexible, "hip", pay was good. They seem to promote from within. Colleagues are nice and very helpful.
Cons
This is a start-up still suffering from start-up problems. Employees are overworked; management seems checked out and distracted. Work/Life balance and lack of support has been indicated in multiple employee surveys during my time there (we went over the results), but no changes implemented. Workflow updates are rolled out without adequate testing. Staff is using outdated and underpowered computers, which causes delays. Machine inconsistencies that I haven't seen in other print shops also cause production delays. Very tight deadlines with little consideration given to workload. Onboarding and training was poor. No on-site IT, leaving staff floundering to try to reach remote IT help, or attempt to solve the problems themselves.
