Pros
Having worked in the apprenticeship sector for 10 years with private providers and not for profit Hart have the best culture of team work and support I have experienced! All staff want to drive the business forward and have common goals. Managent are supportive and realistic which is refreshing!
Cons
The only cons are the typical industry changes and the need to adapt to these.

Pros
Lots of really good people who have been working to make a real difference over the last 12 months. Plenty of things have changed and it feels like there is a clearer focus than ever before on doing the right things for the right reasons. There are a lot of exciting things on the horizon and it feels a good place to be!
Cons
Competitive market with lots of other providers means that it isn't always easy to be heard above a lot of 'noise' from other training companies.
