We're sorry to hear that you felt burnt out and that deadlines were unrealistic. We totally get it - there's nothing worse than feeling like you're drowning in work! But we're happy to say that since your review a couple of years ago, we've made significant changes. We've brought on a lot more staff and have implemented a more streamlined communication process involving leadership to ensure everyone's on the same page.
