Not that good

Pros

Some of the college hires are really good for their experience. Many of them also work late nights as a norm. Party culture. Very good place for workaholic.

Cons

Cross-timezone startup pains. Expect to attend late night meetings, work longer hours. Prepare to forgo family time, social life, and hobbies. Odd metrics. They use number of lines of code added, number of files touched, in a commit for evaluating impact. Regular broken build. Take Glassdoor with pinch of salt. Week after joining, hr start nagging about glassdoor. Most reviews are done weeks in, without full picture and also it's easy to find who writes reviews since the number of new employees is not high people less likely to say bad things. Use LinkedIn and talk to past employees who've gone to better places after working here for better idea. If you're a potential candidate interested in this place and working through an offer negotiation, expect that they're lowballing and push hard. Don't fall for cliche like interesting work. Yes, the work is interesting, but at the end of the day, you're selling your time for money and if you're earning 20% more for 40% more hours, is it worth it?

Worst company to work

Pros

Some of the smart people you will work with. Apart from that I don't see any pros working here.

Cons

Worst work life balance. They will make you work like slave. You will see pretty of 5 star ratings on glassdoor. Don't fall for it. HRs literally hound you to give 5 star ratings. The leadership level people think that you are a slave and make you work for 16 hrs. Came to know that someone got hospitalized due to very high work pressure and later after a month got to know that the trend is still continuing. Don't join this company if you love spending time with your family & friends because once you join they will make you their slave.

Pros

Peanuts, comparable to any low standard company. Internet and lunch - that too require multiple levels of approval to reimburse. come on guys grow up. Nothing else, thanks to stingy leadership(non deserving) sitting in India. Stress, Headache, No respect, and list goes on. Refer Cons section for more. Never join this company, biggest mistake of my life. I am correcting soon. Team here sit on your head to give 5* review on glassdoor. That's how you see many good reviews. All these are forced reviews. Reality is exactly opposite. Many of these reviews are written by Recruitment/HR team itself.

Cons

Horrible engineering culture, Lot of politics and Favoritism They treat you like a slave who can work 24 hours, 7 days a week Incapable Managers who doesn't know anything about management. They are just puppets who have no powers, Dictatorship is followed Zero work life balance, join this company only if you can screw your personal life. No transparency Micromanagement to a level you cannot imagine. They track your lines of code, number of commits and much more. you will never see this level of micromanagement anywhere. No Respect for whatever work you do, They take your personal time for granted, Meetings are scheduled even till mid night. Bootlickers are promoted, No respect of people who actually work. They think they are doing a favor by paying you salary. Never even think of joining here, you will regret later. ESOPs value what they tell during interviews is not what it actually is. This person tell elevated value which is way more than actual value.
