Pros

NONE because it is horrible and outdated.

Cons

Old, management is clueless, outdated equipment, hot, building is crumbling from the foundation, unsafe, and a huge pay check for OSHA if they would ever show up.

Pros

-Gained valuable experience in production processes. - Some coworkers were supportive and hardworking.

Cons

- The plant manager consistently mistreated and humiliated me, creating a hostile work environment. - Daily stress and verbal abuse from managers and other employees made the job unbearable. - Long hours and often spent listening to shouting and criticism without justification. - Compensation did not reflect the emotional toll and lack of respect endured. -Management did not respect the work schedule, often requiring overtime without notice or consideration.

Pros

Pay is good with good benefits

Cons

Working in a warehouse always has the same issue no climate control extreme heat especially if you work the cookers or extreme cold with no way to negate it but a fan. Also management does not really care about employees with one of the highest turnover rates I’ve seen
