Pros

Not extremely demanding with a good work/life balance and relatively good benefits compared to other companies. Its a great place to start your career with little or no experience.

Cons

The company has been going through a lot of internal changes for a while now and their focus is not on organic growth. Because they don't care about their employees: salaries are very low, employee training is terrible, management is unorganized and the products they offer or require us to sell are not attractive to consumers.
